This wine is a single vineyard Shiraz from the renowned Bendigo wine region. This full bodied wine offers an abundance of upfront red fruit flavours with plum and spicy overtones that continue through the pallet. Well integrated soft and elegant tannins are added through maturation in French and American Oak. The winemaker, Ian Hall, is an artisan winemaker who has been producing award-winning wines for over 25 years.
Cellar 17’s tasters add, Wow! Bang red hot shiraz. The aromas and taste definitely screamed a full bodied Shiraz! A real pleasure to try. We would encourage to taste a glass on the first night, then finish it off on the second night. It’s amazing how the full bodied taste matured to become a beautiful drop.
