This wine is single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from the renowned Bendigo wine region. This full bodied wine is hand crafted using a boutique, minimalist approach. Concentrated black fruits and plum with spicy overtones are complemented by elegant tannins from maturation in French Oak. The winemaker, Ian Hall, is an artisan winemaker who has been producing award-winning wines for over 25 years.
Cellar 17’s tasters say, the earthy, peppery and hardened aromas are beautifully balanced by a soft, medium bodied and fruity mouth feel.
